- Acceptable file types are .jpg and .png
- Provide a URL to link your ad to a page on your website
- Any copy in the ad should be no smaller than 10 point to ensure readability – the less text, the better
- Art review provided by Guild staff before publishing
- Ads not received or not paid 7 days prior to the next month’s issue date will be bumped to a later date
