On Saturday, June 15th, Governor Greg Abbott officially signed the HB 1545, the TABC Sunset Bill. Among the many positive reforms to the Texas alcoholic beverage code contained in the law, Beer-To-Go sales from manufacturing craft breweries will become legal on September 1, 2019.
